TOP RENTAL HOMES
Privacy Policy
Our contact and rental pre-screening forms save the information you enter in a private Google Sheet managed by Top Rental Homes. This may include contact details, rental needs, income, employment duration, rental history, co-signer options, and pet information. The website processes entries on the server and sends them to Google Apps Script over HTTPS for storage in Google Sheets. Temporary session cookies help validate submissions and limit repeated requests.
Your inquiry
If you send an inquiry, Top Rental Homes receives the information in its private inquiry spreadsheet. We use rental inquiries to respond to questions and keep prospective renters’ information on file for future rental opportunities. An inquiry is not an application or a guarantee of housing.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, or other sensitive documents in an inquiry.
Questions or removal requests
To ask about your inquiry information or request its removal from our inquiry file, email PropertyDynasty@gmail.com or call (205) 386-0411.
